• When will my order be ready?

  You can collect your order from the Fat Franks Camping Shop as soon as campsites open on Tuesday.

• Where do I collect my order?

• What do I need to collect my order?

  Please bring your order confirmation email which will contain a QR code for scanning.

• I am in accessible campsite, can my essential companion collect my order on my behalf?

  Yes, of course - they will need a QR code in a copy of your order confirmation.

• When is the cut off time for placing a click and collect order?

  Click and collect will close on Sunday, 20th July at midnight.

• I've placed my order from Fat Franks before the Latitude takeover, what happens now?

  Your order isn’t affected - you can collect your order as planned from the Fat Franks collection point.
